Returns & Cancellations

Can I return my order?

Yes, returns are possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The order must include all parts and components, and the packaging must be in the same condition as when the product was delivered.

  2. Only normal handling of the product is permitted. Damage caused by careless or improper handling is excluded.

  3. Products where hygiene is essential must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.

  4. The product must be reported as defective immediately upon receipt.

  5. Shipping costs may be charged to the customer.

  6. Returns will be processed within 7 working days. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.


How do I return my order?

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

  1. Send an email to: info@isabellemelbourne.com

  2. Include the following details in your email:

    • Order number

    • Reason for the return request

    • Photo of the product (in case of damage/breakage)

    • First and last name of the customer

    • Customer’s address

We will then provide you with the correct return address.

Do not send returns to the sender’s address.
The correct return address will only be provided by us after you contact us. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.


Right of Withdrawal (Stornobau)

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal under the following conditions, provided they are natural persons entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly commercial or professional:

A. Conditions of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) received the last goods in your order.

As we work with a fully automated system, orders are executed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot stop the shipping process once it has begun. A refund is only possible after the goods have been received and returned.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us Isabelle Melbourne by means of a clear declaration (e.g., by email) of your decision to cancel this contract. The cancellation is completed once we have received the returned goods. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.


Important for Shipments in Transit

Our goods are shipped from Asia, which may result in longer transit times beyond our control.
If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. You may, however, notify us in advance of your intention to cancel.

To ensure the fastest possible processing, please send us a copy of your shipping confirmation when you return the goods.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you (excluding delivery costs, and excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery option other than our standard economy shipping). Refunds will be made promptly and no later than 14 days after we receive both your cancellation notice and the returned goods.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this repayment.


All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
